If I have more than one child participating in the Reading Club, do I have to pay a $2 handling fee per child?
No, only one (1) $2 handling fee is required per envelope.

How can I make sure that my school/class sits together at the ballgame?
Please collect forms and mail as a group if you would like your class/school to sit together at the game. If you send the tickets to us as a group, we will send them back to you at the school if not instructed otherwise. Completed ticket forms and money should be sent to:

    Nashville Sounds Baseball
    Attn: Reading Club
    534 Chestnut Street
    Nashville, TN 37203

Once I mail in the ticket order form(s), how do I get my tickets?
All orders RECEIVED one week prior to your chosen game will be mailed to the address indicated. All orders received after this will be held at Will Call and can be picked up on the day of the game.

Does the free ticket come with free food?
Unfortunately, due to the enormous amount of students who participate in the Reading Club, we cannot provide free food. However, we do offer meal deal packages that can be purchased for the students and family members for $6.00. These include a hot dog, soda, chips, and a cup of ice cream (new addition this year). We will have a pre-game picnic for those that purchase the meal deals so they can avoid the lines at the concession stands. There is no obligation to purchase the Reading Club meal deals.

Where can we redeem our purchased meal deals?
Meal Deals can be redeemed in the Blue Picnic area, located on the 3rd base side of the field. Meals Deals can be redeemed from the time the gates open until the middle of the 3rd inning.

How do participating Reading Club teachers redeem their teacher tickets (green tickets)?
There are two options for redeeming teacher tickets:
    1. If you would like to redeem your teacher tickets for your school’s designated reading club game, include the tickets in along with your school’s ticket order forms when you mail them in as a group.

    2. If you would like to redeem your teacher tickets for a different Sounds game, you can visit the box office at Greer Stadium, or call the box office at 615.242.4371 ext. 2.
What time does the Reading Club parade begin?
The Reading Club parade begins about an hour before the game starts. Lineup for the parade takes place at the 327 sign in left field.
