Bio: 6th professional season, all within the Brewers organization … Participated in the 2007 Arizona Fall League … Was recognized by Baseball America as having the Best Control among Brewers farmhands entering 2006 season … 2005 Brewers Minor League Pitcher-of-the-Year; co-led Milwaukee minor leaguers with 12 victories and his 2.48 ERA ranked 10th in minors … Father, Steve, is a former Major Leaguer who serves as the St. Louis Cardinals’ Class A Quad Cities manager.

Rated as Milwaukee’s 15th-best prospect entering the season by Baseball America
Spent a full season with Nashville, his first career stop at the Triple-A level
Posted a 8-4 record and 4.74 ERA in 34 games (16 starts)
Went 5-4 with a 4.52 ERA (47er/93.2ip) in 16 starts and 3-0 with a 5.26 ERA (23er/39.1ip) in 18 relief outings
